· Free Shipping: Spend over $40, and shipping is on us!

· Processing Time: Orders ship Monday–Friday, with a quick 1–3 business day processing time.

At de-tea, we are committed to providing high-quality, decaffeinated teas that meet the highest standards of freshness and flavor. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully:

No Refund Policy

To maintain product safety and quality standards, all sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped. Due to the perishable nature of tea and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on shipped products to ensure every customer receives the freshest possible tea.

Exceptions

We do, however, strive for customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at Contact Us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or store credit if applicable.

To report an issue, please leave an message in our Contact Us page, and make sure to include the following:

2. A clear description of the issue.
